Pink Faux Fur And Ripped Knees

For today, I'm bringing you a 'I want to wear pastel colours in winter' post. A very weather appropriate one at that. I always feel like I have to wear dark colours only throughout Autumn/Winter and I'm a fan of black clothes as much as the next person, but occasionally I buy something that I just really want to wear, despite it totally going against this rule. Case and point with this pink faux fur number.  

The Knitted Dress

It was an absolutely beautiful day while taking these photos and I love how it's starting to really feel and look like Spring with daffodils in the background of my photos! I took it as an opportunity to bring out this knitted dress I picked up from Primark last year as I didn't really get the chance to wear it that much. It is rather on the short side but with tights it's fine and layered under my gilet gives a great transitional outfit. 

Red Stripes, Red Lips

The Monday blues are upon me, don't weekends just absolutely fly by, it's like they end before they've even really begun! With February well under way, it brings along the imminent beginning of spring and this is definitely showing through my lack of a proper coat in this outfit - I later came to regret that decision as spring isn't here quite yet, hence the foggy and rainy surroundings!
