I like to save most of my larger, luxury purchases for the January sales as you can get some serious bargains. This year was no exception and I went slightly overboard with my buys but I picked up some pieces that I've been wanting for a while now (and some spontaneous buys) that I thought I'd show you. As I mention in the video, I do have a rather large collection of perfumes and if I'm honest, it's not at all necessary to have this many. I have found that my skin has been pretty dreadful over the past few weeks so I took a trip to Boots in the hope of finding some skincare bits to help combat this. Mini Reviews:
Wet Brush Mini| This little yellow brush is a real gem and gives my beloved Tangle Teezer's a run for their money in the detangling stakes. I've found this glides through my hair easily after washing and there's none of that nasty tugging you would get from normal hair brushes. My hair is thick and knotty and it really does the job.
Nude Stix Magnetic Eye Color in Gilt | This was one of the products I was most excited to try after it glided on so well during my first impressions. This works great as a subtle, everyday all-over shade and it lasts a really long time on the lids. I'm not sure it's worth the hefty price tag though as there are some similar drugstore alternatives but it's definitely a great product if you want to splurge and the sample in the box is actual a full sized product which is great!

So I'm back on track with this whole Youtube thing. I started making video about half way through 2014 but then I left university and got myself a full time job which made filming using natural daylight (I do plan on buying lights soon!) an almost impossible task - darn you winter light! Anyway, I'm back for 2015 with all my beauty favourites from the past year compiled into one quite long video, hope you enjoy!
